That charge relates to evidence she gave to the Crime Commission about William’s disappearance from a home in Kendall on the NSW Mid North Coast while the family were on holiday in September 2014.

So the Daily Telegraph reckons it was no secret that the Foster Mother had been at the NSW Crime Commission about this case.

I heavily speculated on this (see far below) when we first found out the Foster Father had been charged for lying to the NSW Crime Commission about this case.

But now we know, that the Foster mother was only charged for the lying today, as opposed to me speculating that she might have been charged for lying to the NSW Crime Commission pre-11th March 2022, and the charge suppressed.

None of the media reports I've seen today, claim or report when the Foster Mother was taken down to the NSW Crime Commission, but I previously speculated (see below quotes) that it might have been at roughly the same time as the Foster Father (for 2 hours on 11th Nov 2021), and done in a way that they could not corroborate their stories after the first of them was questioned.

So now we know that it wasn't allegedly false evidence provided a long time ago.
The charges are from allegedly false evidence at a 11th November, 2021 NSW Crime Commission questioning.

I wonder if the foster mother was also also questioned by the NSW Crime Commission around or on 11th November, 2021.

Possibly at the exact same time as the foster father, or just before or after, whilst the other party might have been held in a secure room to ensure that the two of them did not corroborate their answers after the first one was possibly questioned.

Or after this 11th November, 2021 questioning of the foster father or both the foster father and foster mother, covert surveillance of their physical or digital communications, provided evidence to NSW Police of one or both of the foster parents lying.

For all we know, the foster mother could have also been charged with lying, and the lying charge(s) is currently suppressed.

If Jubelin took their statements originally and it contains the alleged lying which was then tested in NSWCC, then he likely was called to appear.

Without agreeing with the first part of your post, can confirm a May 24 court date for FM for this latest charge of lying.

And both foster parents also in court in late April for other charges.

Can you provide more info info where you got this date from (if it was you)?

As the only thing I could find was the Daily Mail that announced it in March 2021, but did not say what month she actually died.

NB: Some of the most significant comments made by Magistrate Hudson were in regards to the testimony from Paul Savage. The Magistrate told the court he disagreed with the defence case that Jubelin would have assumed Savage knew he was being recorded because he was aware of the police surveillance on him.

LH: The Magistrate told the court Mr Savage did not consent to being recorded and maintained that throughout his testimony. He reiterated several times that Jubelin's claims the conversations were time sensitive and had to happen on those particular days were not believable and that on each occasion he spoke with Savage and recorded those conversations, Jubelin dictated the day the time and the nature of the conversations. That someone else could have talked with Savage if Jubelin was concerned his relationship with Savage had deteriorated to the point where Jubelin was concerned for false complaints.

Magistrate Hudson then went on to comment on the pursuit of Savage as a suspect and the questioning of him which was played in court.

He questioned what evidence Mr Jubelin had to suspect Mr Savage telling the ecourt there is no dna, no fingerprints, no witness that can even say they saw William go in to Mr Savage's yard, there are no leads, there's nothing.

He also criticized the five hour interview with Mr Savage in 2017 saying the repeated questions could be quote "seen as offensive" and then told the court Jubelin's inability to make concessions about the way he went in the pursuit of Mr Savage would affect his reliability as a witness. He then went on to say quote "This was above and beyond legality" and "Mr Jubelin made a decision Mr Savage was his man and pursued him as a POI at all costs."

NB: That's a pretty scathing assessment

It means imo, that the cops accept it's true as a workable theory that the FGM car was used to transport Williams's body but that further investigation provides the possibility of proving it.

Not strange at all.

Her name was/is under suppression.

Don't publicly state the month she died.
Only media report that she is deceased (March 2021), months after she has actually deceased (Dec 2020 claimed by a poster in here)
Makes it harder to determine her suppressed name, which if known makes it easier to determine the the foster mothers name.

Keeps some of the media and sticky beaks at bay too for the funeral.

Maybe just going off a source of info that said she is dead, without that source saying whether she had just died, or in died in the months earlier.
Hardly surprising if everyone (including the media) just assumed she had only just died.

And with none of the media reporting that there had even been a funeral, that could also indicate that the funeral was months earlier.
