If you're going to pad up to a ball outside leg to a spinner, put your bat down next to your leg to avoid what just happened. Or as Hayden said, look to sweep.

Richie would be rolling in his grave listening to Haydos and JL commentary. Less is more from the best there ever was. Richie would definitely have those two kicked out of the commentary booth.
Yep, you can be positive without having to smash boundaries, and there's no better feeling than batting with a guy at the other end who is scoring freely.

Surely Carey and Green are both genuine batsmen and they could have just gone 2-3 singles every over and just annoyed the indian bowlers. ffs Starc and Carey look like a more genuine batsmen partnership right now
