Like plenty of others who were around when we won the flag, his time is expiring and fast. I think you have a certain amount of time after a flag. You probably have earned that time. But the cliff is coming and the club needs a broom through the place tbh. We're his 7th club i think that he's been at. Maybe his time is simply up. I really have no clue as to what he does. If he overlooks the coaching, then he's doing a horrible job.

From the preseason doco a few years ago now he looked pretty much a goody assistant or a voice for goody to bounce ideas off of or for someone to ask advice along with other coaches
Not exactly sure what's under his remit, but as a club we haven't got a single thing right since we won the flag.
Gameplan: Absolutely no evolution/innovation stuck with the same boring outdated stale crap, the game changed and other clubs moved past us while we stood still.
Recruitment: All players from other clubs been a total bust.
Fitness: Terrible load management, rushing players back from injuries, not mixing up the team, running players into the ground.
Coaching: One forced changed to the Coaching panel
I imagine Richo would oversee all these things to a degree? Hard to pin it on one guy as the whole club stinks of complacency & bath water.
Development: Who has actually improved since 2021? Last year I would have said Rivers but he's been crap this year.

I'm trying my best to manifest it.
I would have moved him on, before Goody. But that ship has sailed.
It wouldn't have hurt us on-field anymore, having Goody finish end of next season... apart from the poor turnout from supporters at the gate.
I get a strong feeling that supporters complaining to the club and not getting to matches over the past fortnight, had the board changing their minds on Goody.

None of the clubs he's worked at as assistant coach, or footy manager, have done well following after his exits.
