I really think we've got to stop this Humphrey talk. He ain't going anywhere.

So we tell them to **** off and then we're stuck with a disgruntled Petracca making everything about himself again, killing the culture even more for another year? Come on. Keeping Trac is horrible for us.
Lamb will blink. He usually does. We will walk away with a couple of picks and say we won the deal but in reality we got reamed yet again.

They are already stacked and they will add a couple more top 5 or 6 ranked kids, as well as bringing in Christian Petracca. There seems to be a long line of academy kids coming through up there too. If JUH can get fit and put it together, sheesh they will be hard to stop next for a number of years. Especially with Dimma up there too.

Lions as well. Bringing in a top 5 kid as well as Oscar Allen and Sam Draper after winning the flag lol. Don't forget they had Coleman, Hipwood, Doedee, McCarthy, Answerth, Payne all injured for most of if not all season along with Neale missing games. Queensland has been looked after majorly by the AFL. Everyone was up in arms about the NSW sides getting looked after, but Queensland are getting an absolute ride.
It's pretty nuts.

When do the AFL call it a success and de-fund the thing or restructure it at least? There's enough noise around it now to ask the question but then enter Greg Swann who has been bathing in the glory for the last few years.

Doubt he's gonna rush in with an axe.

Freo get 19/22/23?

On face value Freo got absolutely reamed.
And they will pass that reaming on to us. EVERYONE IS A WINNER..... except for Melbourne.

Mate it is up to Lamb, if all Lamb did was admin on behalf of others then wtf are we paying him for, just get a work experience d kid to do it.

100% Lamb is a key driver of all contracts, that’s what he is actually accountable for. Don’t put shit in front of the CEO to sign if you can’t own it.
No, your wrong... Lamb meets with player managers and works out what it will take to get the player to re-sign.
He then works through his own thoughts and pre-pares some paperwork to forward to the footy manager, CEO, President and board members, before getting the go-ahead from his superiors.

Only then, can he go ahead to write contracts for signing by all relevant parties.

Enjoying this series of Cleary door stopping Oliver in increasingly more silly locations.
