Yeah I think they are reintroducing a lot of characters because I think another big war like Marineford will be happening in the manga this year, I've heard it will revolve around the revolutionary army taking on the marines

Its an iconic moment in anime and i think the anime needs more stuff like it, its vary rare that anyone dies or you think they die and then they are fine it gave me the shits in the skypia arc

Oh it was absolutely necessary. Luffy needed that to realize he needed the training from Rayleigh and become stronger but it doesn't mean that I have to like Ace being dead. Although I wonder what would have happened if Ace survived and Whitebeard died? Would he be with the remnants of the Whitebeard Pirates? Or would he help Luffy become PK?

Nah i think Ace would take the reigns as leader of the Whitebeard pirates, i couldn't see him joining with Luffy they where both always destined to go down different paths. Also i think they are due to get a new crew member, looking back at the older episodes i think Bon Clay should have joined the crew, he suits the strawhats to a tee but unfortunately that cant happen now haha

I half want Johnny and Yosaku to join as well. They're hilarious. Although that will never happen, they're too weak. And yes, Bentham is awesome. He'd be in my ideal OP crew as well. As well as a few others, like Gin, Hatchi, Smoker, Tashigi, Vivi, Jinbe, Miss' Goldenweek and Valentine... Maybe even the Unluckies.

Jinbe is a given, Smoker would be an interesting choice but i am getting sick of the more serious tone and really miss the comedy side of One Piece which they do so well so someone like Bon Clay would have been perfect

Same with Johnny and Yosaku. They'd basically be comic relief and that's it but I love them still. Smoker is basically so Tashigi has a reason to join the Straw Hats after she falls in love with Zoro (It's going to happen GODDAMNIT!)

Haha yeah although I don't think Zoro has any interest in romantic adventures hahahaha I've seen hints of Zoro and Robin being together aswell so I wouldn't count that out aswell. It's very Un-One Piece to focus on relationships haha
