Hi Stripes, I have also had this issue. I was using Internet Explorer and ended up having to download Mozilla (which can be downloaded free from this link http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/) so I could post. No idea what it was about Internet Explorer that Big Footy doesn't like or if it can be fixed in another way. I hope that helps!
