Isn’t Matofai-Forbes being investigated for sexual assault?

He was interviewed as a witness. There was some confusion as to if he was the perpetrator, but since has become clear it was Tanner, who has a published court date of 03 June, together with the name of the victim on court records. . Pretty sure the Club would not play him MF was involved, but then again look at Balta and Richmond. He must have been with Tanner earlier in the night?
