Agree on this. We had a lucky run last year but outside of that, we are reliant on Cripps and Curnow to create miracle wins. Unsustainable model that reached its apogee late last year. Ruthless change required.

I think honestly the biggest issue is attracting assistants that would want to work under crazy Vossy. The football department have made a mess of this.
