'ello all ............
Is any one aware of where these headed off to? Did Brett go back to St. Bedes? Is Luke training with Nth Adelaide or maybe going to picked in tomorrow's Pre-Season/rookie draft?

I'm sure many of you would have heard about him & seen his face around the place. Was the owner of the Goodwood Park Hotel and had been in the media mostly with the Advertiser. Very down to earth guy that was loved by so many people. Will be sadly missed! Only 29. RIP.
...Garry Moss-Shows a bit oz Zip and looks like he uses the pill ok and could be dangerous around the sticks. Cops a lot of injuries.
Luke McEntee-Huge leap and very athletic. Seems to spend a lot of time and Box Hill reserves.
Will these two survive at seasons end?
I noticed a McEntee...
IF we are down a ruck the choices are Suzie or McEntee. McEntee is the better tap ruck but is coming off injury. Renouf is fitter and a better mark. Neither do a hell of a lot outside of rucking. McEntee looks more raw but has a leap that is bordering on silly.
I dont think there is a lot...
...20 or so.
Even though the Hawks lost big Max Bailey for the whole season they did not upgrade any of the 4 rookies to cover his loss. McEntee was the most obvious choice being the only ruckman amongst the 4 rookies.
Has improved (certainly on the training track) and this writer...

Thought i would seperate this from the other thread which was merely a discussion on whether people thought he would be promoted.
Congratulations to Luke, i look forward to seeing more of him in...
He seams to have been on our list for ages. I know nothing about him but there is a lot of talk on here about him going to be a gun ruckman. He is only 197cm, seams a bit small. I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt cuz i havent seen him play. Can any1 plz give me a rundown of this kid...
I was wondering if this kid could be groomed to play defense. He has a good turn of speed and obviously a great leap. The reason for this suggestion is at 197cm with speed and great leap it seems these are qualities often required by Full Backs.
"Developing ruckman with terrific athletic...
...ruck. Has been given the ruck duties and improved for them all year. Renouff who was a hyped pick and former Melbourne listed ruckmen Nick smith have been playing in the backline at times to allow McEntee to ruck. Would he be worth trying to snare from their rookie list with a late draft pick?
have seen many positive posts/comments of Luke recently for Box Hill
just wondering if anyone knows how his kicking is going, from what i remember there was a big question over it. i think it might have been the reason we went for Max at pick 18 and Luke in the rookie draft
also wanting to ask...
For those who have followed his progress at BH, how's he coming along?
He was always regarded as a project player and is now in his second year on the rookie list, has he shown enough to persist with?
Also
At the end of this year, his second on the rookie list, are we required to either...
Will this bloke be upgraded to the Hawks senior list this year? Max Baileys season ending injury would surely make this a necessity. I hear he was unlucky last year through injury(Groin etc). Training reports from Todd Viney or sum1 tended to suggest he has excellent mobility and vertical leap...
With My Man going down will this open the door for Luke McEntee to be upgraded and showing us what he's got? I know from one of his ex team mates at North Adelaide that he could jump over every one of their ruckman as a 17 year old (Ben Hudson included), so it will be interesting to see if he...
...as positive news and hope that they are both with us next year.
Reading the profiles of both players, they do sound rather exciting. If McEntee could vastly improve his disposal over the next few seasons, then he'll be well worth the wait.
If Markovic can recover from him injuries...
Where would you rank the guy? What song do you think displays his best playing?
I know it would never happen but would you like to hear the Divinyls record one more album? or do a few shows?
The members might have moved on but I think Chrissy would absolutely slaughter and put to shame...
hey everyone!
I would like to say that Luke McEntee is an interesting one.
He has been on the list for a year now with no breakthrough into the senior side.
I first saw him on the team line-up a while ago now but on the BHH (Box Hill Hawks) reserves. I don't know how many matches he played...
From what ive read on these forums McEntee appears the 2nd best or best ruck prospect(ie ryder possibly too small) and some posters here seem to rate him very highly. It is also appears generally predicted that the top 5 will be some combination of murphy, ellis, kennedy, ryder, hurn thereabouts...
Some people(me included) are hanging out for this guy to return to the SANFL next year. Thing is Southport teammate Paul Dimmittina thinks this guy could be AFL material next year, (101 goals in 13 games) I can remember him doing a few good things in SA but he's either gotten better(still...
