I will put this here. Just want to wish you all the best of luck for the rest of the year!
I was at the MCG last year to watch my team triumph. All the Collingwood supporters I had interactions with were the best of sports, before, during and after the game. Over the years I have watched quite...
I think you are exactly right. Don’t think LeCras is any chance to play.
Darling wanted to play this week from reports but they held him back. Think he will be a definite in.
Don’t think Kennedy will play, but walking laps is normal for him. He almost never trains, but somehow gets up to...
I am old and my memory sucks, but I seem to remember the Pies going along the boundary line during that time. We are all for fast movement down the guts whenever possible. Players will play on as soon as they get it to get it in to the forward line as quickly as possible. Then if we don't score...
That's because we put so much energy into keeping the ball in our forward fifty. If you manage to get it out, we are vulnerable to the fast break, over the back goal. It happens every match, but not usually enough times for us to lose because of it.
I think this is hilarious. Etihad is one of my favourite stadiums. Compared to Subi it is PURE LUXARY!
You lot are spoilt as supporters, that's all there is to it.:p
I know you were trying to have a go, but most of us would agree with you. Our song sucks.
The only time it's sounds good is when you sing it whilst blind drunk, after beating the Pies.;)
Priddis is a very inside player, I'm not sure teams bother trying to tag him much. Shuey and Gaff are our most damaging mids, they are the ones tagged by other teams generally. Hurn also gets close attention most weeks as you can't afford to let him rebound out of your 50 without consequence!
What type of player is Crisp? (Excuse my ignorance!) just wondering why you think he will hurt Gaff going the other way as Gaff is a running machine. Runs both ways and is part of the reason our defence is holding up this year so far.
I watched the game last night and he was one of the few Dockers players that seemed switched on.
I haven't watched any Collingwood NAB games, but Freo's skills are rubbish and I can't see them fixing that up in a week. They look rusty and the opposite of "one touch". Hope you smash them.:thumbsu:
Sorry to intrude on your board, but I just wanted to say kudos to Buckley last night. He is probably the first coach all year that has taken a loss at Paterson's on the chin and not tried to blame the umpiring/ crowd behaviour/ our cheating tactics. Worsfold never blames a loss on anyone but the...
