Age profiles don’t matter as much now as you can put 5 to 7 years into players and they leave, in contract or not these days. Problem will be unless Clubs get more power to hold onto players then they will not spend as much effort developing

I can see Richmond moving pick 6, 10 or 11 into 2025. They have 8 picks in top 24 and will move one or two out a year surely Power said already he’s interested in moving up from 17 What will it take to get one of these picks with the picks we have in 2024 and 2025 ?
