Agree with this. Not saying Riewoldt won't do a good job, but TV networks focus too much on hiring well known ex players who are 'good blokes'. The whole industry is one giant boys club.

The difference is that AFL 360 is marketed as a serious talk show, whereas Top Gear is marketed as light hearted entertainment. That and the Top Gear crew are actually funny.
