Sharp to join up the dots with Dees.
The Demons have signed Sharp and picked up a future third-round pick from the Lions, who have received pick 49 in this year's draft as well as a future third-round pick, which is tied to Essendon.
Time to pony up Melbourne. Would be a great get for the MFC. Sharp is basically a mix of Isaac Smith, JJ in his prime and prime Steel Sidebottom.

...ex-Dees!
The first big test of the year - Geelong are pretty solid this season. Gave North a decent run a fortnight ago so we'll need to be sharp in this one. Should still get the job done but mightn't be the 10 goal flogging we've become accustomed to.
No Harris this week, but Gab Colvin...

HBO's latest offering.
Watched the first episode last night, dark feel about it, lots of secrets in a small town. Amy Adams already knocking it out of the park, her character clearly has some demons.
Early days but looks the goods. Will be watching Ep 2 tonight.
Just heard on the radio that former WCE Ben Sharpe has been charged and pleaded guilty of Armed robbery, possession of drugs, fire arms and other offences.
According to his lawyer it is due to the WCE drug culture that this all happened as the 3 years he spent on the list turned him into a drug...

...or rolling over the joint) or a muscle spasm. When still the pain is slight & dull but when I turn my foot/leg inwards or outwards the pain is sharp, acute & extruciating.
Usually in a few days (1-3) it is back to normal & fine like nothing has happened... I'm at a loss as to what it is...
I suggest any of you who are investment savvy to purchase shares in Sharp as in just over 24 hours demand for the Sharp Carousel 500w microwave is going to sky rocket.
its simple really
1. place everything you have onto sharp
2.Wait for the inevitable annual mauling to take place tomorrow...
Does anyone else listen to SEN all the time but switch off at MIDDAY Friday like I do because Rita Panahi comes on? I switch over to FM and don't hear SEN until KB Monday morning! :thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu:
...reading this book that was written by one of our very own posters, The Other Dean.
It's predominately about the infamous Thomastown Sharps (notorious Melbourne gang in the late 70's and early 80's) and is a recount of incidents and stories from some of the gang members and affiliates...
Read it a week ago and Mrs Toes read it last night. LOVED IT TOD :thumbsu:
There's nothing like a reminder of why it wasn't a great move to jump on the Epping line train late at night back in the day. I really enjoyed it, as did Mrs Toes (who developed an affinity for Peewee). Top job mate...
...some ideas because I was planning on playing footy this year, but this is a recurring injury for me. It's my lower right back, and there is a sharp pain when I bend over to far or try to run faster than a jog. It's usually resolved itself after around 6 months through gradual stretching, but...
Here is an article from yesterday's Geelong Addy:

Anyone read them ? I'm on the last one now.
Fiction placed in a true historical timeframe, in the midst of actual events.
The descriptions of the battles are horrific, you can understand after reading them how the phrase "cannon fodder" came about.
Went out to Trinity Grammar playing fields today and had the pleasure of seeing this great Argentine team train from no more than 30 metres away. Superb stuff to watch for any fan of the sport. An enclosed training game with the likes of Messi, Tevez, Saviola and Zanetti was very entertaining...
Anyone seen any of these ?
