Preview 2025 Rd 17 Carlton vs Collingwood Friday 4th July 7:20PM AEST @ MCG

If we’re going to lose this I’d rather doing it playing players who care or could be our futire Out: TDK, Fogarty, Acres, Docherty, Curnow, Cripps, Saad (concussion), McGovern In: Pittonet, Durdin, Binns, Cowan, Lemmey, B. Campo, L. Campo, O’Farrell

Fogarty also has to be taken out of the main squad, his kicking at goal is atrocious. He took the mark and I knew something was about to go wrong

    Game Day RND 16 - 🏈 Carlton v Port Game Day 🏈

Dump kicks, handballs to teammates backs, easy misses - we don’t have a single skilled player out their tonight. If I was in charge Acres, Docherty and Curnow would not be playing next week at a minimum

Opinion The 'Carlton related stuff that doesn't need it's own thread' thread Part 3

Isaac Smith used to ride his bike to games and he’s a 4x Premiership Player and Norm Smith medallist. Let’s not go too crazy over how a player got to the game.

Autopsy 2025 Late flourish doesn't mask embarrassment

I normally come here after a loss to post positives but today I’m really struggling. Ollie Hollands continues to be number one in effort for this club, the future lies with him - if the rest of the team played with his effort we’d be world beaters I think Cerra did well to get himself back in...

Game Day 2025 Round 15 Discussion

Messaged my opponent in Classic this week, he just told me he’s traded in Jackson (V) and Serong - I hate my life

Preview 2025 Rd 14 Carlton vs West Coast Sunday 15th June 6:10PM AEST @ Optus Stadium

Will be at this game with the family, obvious to say that I just want the 4 points and no injuries but I truly hope HOK can get a goal on the board, deserved one against Essendon. I’m not opposed to giving Ben Campo a run but only if there is a like for like player that misses out, I don’t want...

Autopsy 2025 Rd 13 Shaky Blues Hold on to Beat Bombers

One of Ollie Hollands best games for the club, I’m truly growing to love him and how he plays - reminds me of Simmo Loved what I saw from HOK tonight too, would love to persist with him for a while.

    Rumour Bluemour Discussion XXXVII

Matt Rowell is the same style of midfielder as the likes of Patrick Cripps, Tom Green and Ollie Wines - I don’t think this is an area we need to address right now. I’d love to see him in Navy Blue and he would definitely be part of the future but it’s not urgent. I’d like us to pick up players...

    Rumour Bluemour Discussion XXXVII

Sorry to rewind a little bit from TDK watch. I feel like every time we get to the point where the general public’s opinion on our coach turns negative we get a story about how the players are “confused by the game plan”. It’s beginning to feel like a cycle, our players are perfectly capable of...

Getting Darcy would be a really stupid decision in my opinion, lumbering style ruckman and always injured. I would be much happier targeting a mid ager, a Ned Moyle type

Autopsy 2025 Rd 10 SCG hoodoo hits Blues again - Sorry Wallsy

Was really painful to watch us kick the ball to open space, four Sydney players or Frankie Evan’s all night. I don’t know our efficiency numbers but it may have been all time low stuff Cerra was great Lord involved all game Haynes had some excellent contests O. Hollands committed all game, body...

Preview 2025 Rd 10 Carlton vs Sydney Friday 16th May 7:40PM AEST @ SCG

Wondering whether Sydney will play Wicks on Motlop or Durdin - whoever he gets i’m expecting to have a quiet game. Us winning this match up would go a long way to helping us get the four points.

I gave Motlop a big bake just before he locked in and helped us win the game, so you’re all welcome

I love him, he’s a legend and I mean no disrespect by this - Docherty needs to be subbed now and be left out of this side for the rest of the year

Preview 2025 Rd 6 Carlton vs North Melbourne Friday 18th April 3:30PM AEST @ Marvel Stadium

Would love to see all of Lord, White and Carroll keep their spot Motlop did well during his midfield minutes today and I’d be happy to see more of it At this stage if I was in charge Out: McKay and Kemp In: E. Hollands and O’Keeffe

    Game Day RND 4 - 🏈 Carlton v Collingwood Game Day 🏈

Round 4 might be a record for the earliest in a season I haven’t finished watching a Carlton match. Honestly insipid stuff, any pressure after half time makes them crumble

Preview 2025 Rd 4 Carlton vs Collingwood Thursday 3rd April 7:30PM AEDT @ MCG

If I was in charge for this week McGovern out (might survive based on matchups, I’m really dreading Membrey), Boyd full game in the backline Acres out, Walsh on the wing and Lord in to play midfield Evans out for Will White Williams out for Moir if he doesn’t get up I hope we see Elijah...

Acres out, I’m over him not being able to pick up a ball off the deck and sky balling it inside 50 Move Walsh to the wing and bring Lord back in to take his spot in the guts

List Mgmt. 2025 List Management 📃

Brad Close would be a great get for us, gives elite pressure and can crumb/snag goals Ollie Dempsey would lock down a wing position for 10+ years Shaun Mannagh is depth at Geelong and not who I’d be chasing. Geelong would never let the first two go, especially when Chris Scott doesn’t value...

Coach So you want Voss gone? Who will replace him and why would they want to coach Carlton?

You clearly haven’t watched any Sydney games in 2022 or 2024… if that’s boring then our game plan is worse than paint drying

Autopsy Rd 2 vs Hawks - Blues fight but lose due to lack of class and pace ... again

Hawks pressure was immense all game, they were not just in second gear. One of the highest pressure Round 2 games I’ve seen in a while

    Game Day RND 2 - 🏈 Carlton v Hawthorn Game Day 🏈

Applying pressure all game but the umpires only call frees one way, it’s disappointing but we’ve had a crack If only someone could sort out our inside 50’s

Coach So you want Voss gone? Who will replace him and why would they want to coach Carlton?

I would much rather bring someone like Simpson or Longmire into a head of coaching role (like Choco at Melbourne) and rejuvenate the assistants - let’s try something new instead of just sacking our coach and hoping a new one fixes all our issues.

Preview 2025 Rd 2 Carlton vs Hawthorn Thursday 20th March 7.30PM AEDT @ MCG

Preview Carlton v GWS Friday 28th Feb 5.20PM @ Manuka Oval - AAMI Community Series

Mixed but some positives in the second, GWS threatened to break us and have a run of goals but didn’t get to. 4 goals to 3 their way is better than the usual 4 goals to none. McGovern looked like he had a cork from the contest before he pulled up, hope it’s not serious. Kemp is impressing me a...
