How do you rate season 2005 for the Crows?
Squeezed 99.9% out of the season. If they'd gone for development they would have struggled to make the top 8 BUT would have put themselves in a good position for 2007/8 when the +30yr olds slow down but still set an onfield experience example. Only posting on the Adelaide board cos i watch... -

Pehaps if he was given more oppurtunity at top level he would have stayed. Hard to say. It's well documented Adelaide went for experience and not youth this year (and it was the correct move as its 05, 06, 07 then rebuild for Adelaide) Did Fergus Watts 10 goal/game effort in the SANFL finals...
