    Talent's spread too thin with 18 teams as it is. Relocate Gold Coast to Tasmania and be done with it for now. Two teams is enough for WA. Way, way, WAY down the track when the population can support it, expansion to 20 teams should be focussed on the eastern states (NSW, ACT, maybe QLD).
