    The first Nintendo system I ever owned was the DS, but I have the Lego NES, Mario and Yoshi and ? Cube haha, all systems/games I've never owned. I was a Sega kid and then went to PlayStation and Xbox.

    It was a me problem and had nothing gto do with clipping the head or Mario on. I had another piece in the wrong spot which was messing everything up. Far out.

    Wasn't as bad as I feared, managed to get it back to the way it was fairly easily, body intact and head separate. Not sure when I will attempt it again. It's 4 pins into 4 holes but at different depths. Annoying. And fragile as I discovered. I could probably skip ahead and do the next part...

    Still hanging out for the Turing Machine, man I hope that gets the green light. Finally started building Mario and Yoshi. First two bags done, will probably space it out, a bag each evening and it should take me a couple of weeks all up. No rush.

    Love that set. I have it on display as a cube but I really should open it up. Such a clever construction. I never even owned an N64 (was a Sega then PlayStation kid back in the day) but needed that set as soon as I saw it.
