As always with these things, our opinions are of those looking in from the outside. In other words, pure BF speculation. So FWIW, my take is that he must get on with the group if they are executing his plans/style so well. Spending a year as part of the playing group would've helped form a bond... -

Been a bit of chatter on our board about Mitchell's influence on the group this year. You can see it in the mongrel that we have developed into our game. Put it this way. Some of us are getting a little nervous that we may lose him to a head coaching role in the next 1-2 years.
