    This is true. For a system that was designed to reduce inconsistency and be more transparent it has been an abject failure

    You guys may be better off only arguing for one of intentional and medium to be downgraded rather than both. When we challenged one of our suspensions* we argued for two of the three categories to be changed. The tribunal agreed with our case on one but not the other which reduced the base...
