That's one of the problems with the system - the loadings and discounts are excessive and it results in overly large fluctuations in penalties such that Harvey ends up with 6 weeks for two relatively innocuous acts whilst a more serious transgression like wellinghams ends up with three...- Word Count: 52

You guys may be better off only arguing for one of intentional and medium to be downgraded rather than both. When we challenged one of our suspensions* we argued for two of the three categories to be changed.
