    What is also interesting is that the Vics are producing far more star players per capita than WA I just had a look at possible State of Origin line ups. There's genuinely 15-20 gun mids to choose from for Vic. For WA it's Warner, Cripps, then ummm errrr..................Yeo?

    And the advantage of having someone like Weddle is that it provides the flexibility to shuffle the team around mid match & be able to still remain balanced by swinging said player into whatever hole requires filling. A good coach makes the most of it.

    don't know the first thing abour Robinson, but if there's one thing I've learned about the draft over the last # of years, it's that the WA bloke everyone thinks will be a top 3 lock 12 months ahead of the draft rarely turns out to be that.
