    It happened in the last quarter of the game. He jumped straight up and took his kick. Interestingly Port initially reported no injuries from the game, then after the Nic Nat suspension they amended their injury report on the AFL website.

    Watching the replay, at the time Nic Nat put his head down to tackle, it looked like he would be tackling Amon's side, not his back. I can understand the in the back call, but a 1 week suspension is baffling.

    All that means is the MRP framework is weighted against players challenging the call. Even when they disagree with the call. The Schofield decision aside, I agree that the MRP does need reform, for instance you shouldn't have to wait till Monday afternoon to find whether there's any charges...

    Did you see the replay of the second goal of the game. Clearly deflected off Chris Masten on the replay, but was awarded as a goal rather than touched. Clear favouritism yeah

    I have no faith in the tribunal system. This was a trial by reputation. If that was a big name player the week before a grand final there is no way it would have been 1 week, let alone 3 (reduced to 2). Love Australian rules football, but sometimes I wonder about the AFL
