It does. Intentional, high, severe, can be either a 4 week suspension or a tribunal referral if the afl are looking for a longer band. Given it was referred it means they want at least five, and will get it unless the tigers can argue for a reduced grading. Seems unlikely tbh.- Word Count: 52
