    Yeah to be honest, I felt that probably does undersell Mooney - I do honestly love his game. But to me he’s more your Horace Grant than your Scottie Pippen if you get me. Doesn’t mean that Mooney isn’t a key piece and a genuine star, I just think this team would be topped off with a killer wing.

    Well...it’s not good... perhaps they can abbreviate it down to ‘Jacks’ eventually? Tassie Jacks? That’s not too bad? Kinda like how nobody calls/called the Sonics ‘The SuperSonics’ or the Knicks the ‘Knickerbockers’? I’m clutching at straws here.

    Absolute joke. Cotton is easily the best player in the NBL, by some distance, and has been for 2.5 seasons now. Bogut getting it was total rort - he had his moments but he was no MVP. I reckon he wanted it to boost his chances of the NBA recall to go chase another ring..

    Maybe it does say more about Cotton, he's just a clearly better player - like I said, Prather is good enough to be the man on his own team in NBL....whether that's a championship team I'm not sure - makes for an interesting season ahead!

    I think Knight will retire - the whole concussion thing has clearly rattled him and rightly so, Cotton will definitely go - hope he makes it in the NBA, serious talent. Prather to try his luck elsewhere (fair enough after a couple of great seasons) but I don't think he's an NBA level talent...

    Just Googled to discover that 'Never Nervous/Out-Of-Service' Pervis Ellison was #500 in SLAM. Epic Bust! Jeff Hornacek is a 265, considering where Coleman was ranked I reckon Jeff is a bit unlucky!

    Wins in the first 3 months aren't going to decide whether or not it's a success Rocco. Just wait until a veteran PG who can run the offense and isn't worried about his own shots decides he wants to join 'a contender' for the run to the playoffs. Even if they don't win the title this year...

    I remember when the big 3 got together in Boston and KG came out and said Rondo would be the best young PG in the game soon. Everyone laughed at him. He's gotta be up there, sure there are flaws in his game (Same goes for Williams and Paul), but he is a seriously good player.
