yeh I know the jumper.. yeh you could be right .. they didn't seem to have "year" sets back then.. but if there's no other marks maybe is? I commented back in the day.. no doubt its legit.. they only ordered short sleeves with back sponsors for 94...there would have been plans already for the new style in 95.. the longys would have been 91 jumpers when they started sewing the eagles logo on.. can match a lot of the jumpers year...- Word Count: 110

it was when the afl was trying for the one dark one light thing,(like your saying) and a lot of the time north got told to wear white shorts given there jumper was mainly white, eg I remember freo wearing home jumper and shorts (all purple)despite being away team and north all white at...- Word Count: 120

might sound weird but I reckon white shorts should be considered more often when seeing if a clash jumper is needed.. AFl only compares the 2 jumpers colours.. when one team is in white shorts find there's a fair contrast- Word Count: 40

pretty sure the afl were trying to do the same eg same kit north in white shorts vs certain teams and that's the bit north kicked up about.. they wanted to wear blue shorts at home no matter who they were playing, this was confirmed on twitter by someone working for the club when they changed...- Word Count: 86

be pretty cool for the club and other in footy world to identify the eagles as royal blue and gold again.. atm its sometimes navy, every now and then we use royal.. fox footy still think its navy white gold tripanel. white and ochre still getting thrown in occasionally- Word Count: 49
