I live opposite the Gabba. They just spent a couple of years renovating the bars/gates to make it more modern. It looks pretty good now, which now makes those works completely pointless as they're now going to demolish it anyway...- Word Count: 41

Rugby match was packed. Was if before the terraces were completed? I remember being on that area under the scoreboard. Screamed so much I lost my voice for 2 weeks. Mate from TAFE was the streaker, lol.- Word Count: 37

The crowds were always decent. I remember when Hawks first started playing there'd be just a many, if not more, WCE supporters when we played there. Biggest crowd I remember was for the WC rugby match between Romania and Nambia though. That was awesome.- Word Count: 44

Hobart Stadium: $750 million cost
They already have a 25k stadium at York Park, which actually draws a crowd. Also isn't subject to the ridiculous wind that Bellerive gets. The state government being based in Hobart is going to skew their perspective over what constitutes a viable home ground.- Word Count: 44
