    I did enjoy the discussion between the boys on On the Couch knowing that these blokes discussing and condemning it had very likely used this particularly slur (or something akin to it) many many times during their playing careers.

    Bad look but zero chance the item thrown was going to having any meaningful physical impact on Aliir. Depends on what was said between the parties but I think the Swans fan may have to sit out the rest of the season. Anything more, on the facts available to us now, seems excessive.

    I'm not a Beatles fan, but at least they had hit after hit after hit. Melbourne's midfield is more like Deep Blue Something or The Knack in your analogy.

    Nic was huge for us during periods where our midfield was mediocre (or worse). Absolute monster at clearances. Also Ben Cousins in the late 90s, early 2000s.

    I'd accept any of these options, except Neale. Probably Pendlebury and Cripps ahead slightly but Bontempelli is also a phenomenal player and has been for the better part of a decade.

    The team seems unbalanced (much like AA teams) and not one you'd play on game day. Players picked for the sake of being in the team, rather than being the best fit. Also, Gawn over Cox is pretty absurd, and I'm not even a Cox fan.
