    So you’re guessing.

So you made it up. At least own that.

Any chance Essendon make a play for him? Big Melbourne club, in win-now mode, could offer the Dees a package based around pick 8, their future first and a big key forward like Peter Wright (yes I know he was out of form and favour this year).

Ridiculously bad deal for everyone except Collingwood.

    Traded Izak Rankine traded to Adelaide with #46 & F4 (Freo) for #5, F3 & F4

GC are apparently looking for future picks to match bids on next year’s academy crop. Pick 5 and a future third? If not your future third, maybe the Bulldogs’ future third which you’d get in a Rowe trade?

Traded Jordan Dawson traded to Adelaide for F1 (Melb)

Swans probably should have taken pick 17, but now they get to death ride Melbourne for 2022. Unless they send it on to Port for Ladhams, but it feels like that’d be overs unless they get something back.

I think if it ended up there both parties would be reasonably happy.

Our future first is not available, we’re not getting involved in this trade 😉

Traded Jordan Dawson traded to Adelaide for F1 (Melb)

Would you rather have the Dees’ future first (knowing it could well be pick 18 and get pushed back) and maybe something a little extra?

Traded Jordan Dawson traded to Adelaide for F1 (Melb)

I’m sure this has already been suggested in the past 85 pages, but Dawson and pick 12 for pick 4? Gives the Swans a look at someone like Hobbs or Ward, gives Crows someone like local boy Draper in addition to Dawson. Which side’s fans would be unhappy with that? Probably both I guess.

Traded Tim Kelly [traded with #57 and future 3rd to West Coast for #14, #24, #33 and future 1st]

Do you want the long answer or the short answer? Long answer: It’s six years, not five. We got him as a six-year player, minimum. So the best time to assess the trade is after three games, two of which have been in absolutely unprecedented conditions. Short answer: **** off troll.

Traded Tim Kelly [traded with #57 and future 3rd to West Coast for #14, #24, #33 and future 1st]

Maybe some Geelong fans were reasonably close to the mark, others insisted that a top ten pick had to be involved. Even coming onto the West Coast board to insist so.

Traded Alex Keath [traded with a future 3rd to Western Bulldogs for #45 and future 2nd]

The issue seems to be the Bulldogs’ competing priorities. They want to bring in both Bruce and Keath. But they want to hang onto pick 13, probably because they’ve got a player in mind at that pick, and they want to hang onto their future picks because of the bids they’ll have to match on JUH...

Traded Alex Keath [traded with a future 3rd to Western Bulldogs for #45 and future 2nd]

Doesn’t sound like he’d last past Gold Coast’s pick 1

Traded Alex Keath [traded with a future 3rd to Western Bulldogs for #45 and future 2nd]

Yeah I know, but if he wants out of Adelaide maybe North would be more palatable than going back to the Gold Coast. As Mofra said, probably too late to make a play now.

Traded Alex Keath [traded with a future 3rd to Western Bulldogs for #45 and future 2nd]

Yeah, again probably a bit late for another club to get involved. They probably should have had a crack before now.

Traded Alex Keath [traded with a future 3rd to Western Bulldogs for #45 and future 2nd]

Don’t see why North wouldn’t get involved. In need of a key defender, missed out on Howard, and could easily get it done with 27 with maybe a future pick going back from Adelaide
  22. Miguel Sanchez

Traded Alex Keath [traded with a future 3rd to Western Bulldogs for #45 and future 2nd]

Might be a bit late to get another player involved but any chance that Bailey Williams would be of interest to the Crows in helping to get this deal done? A South Australian, fell out of favour a bit this year but is clear AFL quality and with Adelaide losing a lot of depth this year he could...

Traded Josh Bruce [traded to Western Bulldogs for #32 and #51]

An upgrade from 23 to 13, plus pick 51, for Keath and a slight downgrade from 28 to 32. Adelaide do indeed make out like bandits on that trade. If they threw in a future pick to the Bulldogs it might be more palatable to them. The Bulldogs will be looking for all the 2020 points they can get.
  24. Miguel Sanchez

Traded Josh Bruce [traded to Western Bulldogs for #32 and #51]

With the Bruce to WB deal stalling and with Essendon looking for a ready-made replacement if Daniher goes, would the Bombers look at Bruce? Essendon give: Daniher, future third round pick Essendon get: Bruce, pick 5, pick 25 Sydney give: Jones, pick 5, pick 25 Sydney get: Daniher, future third...

Traded Tim Kelly [traded with #57 and future 3rd to West Coast for #14, #24, #33 and future 1st]

From what he said at his presser yesterday it sounded like the oldest kid was diagnosed shortly after he arrived in Geelong. I think it’s pretty likely that when he talked to recruiters he was indeed desperate for a chance and just didn’t realize how hard the home life would be.
