    Patience Grasshopper. Sorry, poor Karate Kid joke at such a stressful time. I just had a quick look at the Swans board, seems they are slowly all being unlocked. I'm sure yours will be unlocked soon. Very exciting, and a tad excruciating having to wait.

    Mine is unlocked in the Ticketek App. Check via the App 👍 Ticketek does have a phone number (132849) however it's unmanned 🤦. They direct you to their website to Submit a request via an online form. I contacted them yesterday and they responded in a couple of hours via email.
