Unlucky for Pakistan. They beat the edge by the barest of margins so many times. Get an edge or two out of that and things become different. Bowled well generally until the Afridi injury too but just lost control with those two overs. -

You don't leave the crease until the ball leaves the bowler's hand. If you're outside your ground, trying to steal a run, you're fair game. Also Chris Gale's was obviously a no ball otherwise so a very good move to stop and put in a warning instead! :D -
