They do. Last year, we used what were originally picks 40 and 41 matching Keays at 24, and got 47 back in change (which we used on Skinner). Had those picks been worth their original value, we would have only have gotten pick 52. But by that point they were worth 38 and 39 and had a teensy...- Word Count: 64
