    I think the majority of the problem is unable to be seen with regards to the structural damage. With the cellar/basement being wiped out the foundations are pretty shot.

    Moreton Island is better than them all, we can be there in just over an hour from leaving the house to pulling up on the shore! Northside - suncorp - awesome concert venue and boondall entertainment centre all on doorstep, 20 mins to Gabba.

    all of the above can also be found on the northside - except the water restrictions thing but as TBD says it's a but whiffy over there, so despite the fact thay can have 20 minute showers we smell fresh as roses here as we have learn't how to have 4 minute showers effectively!! I am 5 mins...
