Angry that the AFL is in such a risky position....
There is also only so much money that Australian TV companies will pay for the TV rights to prime time sport for a given year. To suggest the World Cup going head to head with the AFL in Australia wouldn't affect the amount the AFL earns for the TV rights for that year is ludicrous. Who knows...- Word Count: 81

Demitriou was pointing to the fact that big temporary changes have been proposed to the MCG seating to allow for the seating to come out up to a soccer pitch (so that there is no big gap between the crowd and the pitch).
