    I think with the cloud cover coming in the track temp might drop a bit and lose some heat.... going earlier allows OP to potentially get a few degrees more in the rubber off the road perhaps.

    Monaco was fine with smaller cars. They got too big and the racing suffered and the criticisms grew and fair enough. Getting the cars to be smaller will help but it will take a few iterations... Senna Mansell etc got past people fine there ... well fine for Monaco.
