    I assume he doesn’t have the tank. Even if he’s fitter this year, he always looks gassed even when just running around the forward line. He should be playing the Cam Raynor position playing forward with spurts in the midfield.

    Because it makes no sense. Imagine Carlton got the number 1 draft pick this year with a 9 win season over West Coast who won one game for the entire year. West Coast sucked, and they deserved the number 1 pick. Having them to beat Richmond to Carlton to earn it defeats the point.

    Unbelievable Sharp was there at Carlton’s pick they were desperate go get out of. Essendon got it for a bunch of picks in the 20s. Then we tried too late to jump in. Poor list management this off season.

    I’d be doing Pick 16 + F1 for Melbournes 8 or whatever + F2. Would give us two seconds next year to trade back in. I don’t think 2027 or 2028 picks get us anything because of TAS.

    **** off with the Father/Son. If clubs want the romance of a son of a legend playing for the club, it’s on them to go get the draft pick to draft them. They shouldn’t get free dibs on players just because someone else played some games 30 years ago.
