That’s a shame, plenty of people around the club rate the kid highly. hope that’s not he end of his career but 3 knees would be very hard to get back from.

Seeing this post bumped again had me thinking the worst.

Yeah it was awesome mate, probably more of a novelty to be honest but I only buy them when they are on sale. I have an awesome butcher about 10 mins from us and they always have deals on Wagyu, dry aged steaks etc so I have found myself heading up there regularly and spending all my money on meat.

Dinner tonight is sorted.

get yourself a sushi bazooka thing, make it easy to make pretty neat sushi rolls. I think I got mine off eBay for about $12.

Thanks for the tips on the Jerky Topkent and Crimson Azure its delicious got it all sealed up waiting for the Super Bowl on Monday.

Cheers, I just ordered a Kilo of Jerky meat from the butcher they are pre slicing it. Will marinate it Thursday and leave in the fridge over night then in the oven Friday arvo. Will keep my eye out for a dehydrator and try that method next.

Easy done, I will get my local butcher to sort it out for me.

I need to try this, 2 questions what’s the best cut of meat to buy? Secondly you cook this is a dehydrator? Can I do it on the oven?
