I've had the same thing, the Sony helpline reckoned they'd never heard of such an issue and then told me to rebuild the database and if that doesn't fix it to reset the whole thing. Since I've done the database thing it has done it a couple of times but for some strange reason it only seems to...
I got a message for one on some shithole planet and I skedaddled straight out of there hoping I can reset it somewhere else. I haven't been back to check yet.
I guess I'll find you at my activated indium farm then?
My first thought was that Biden had made a mistake, but it seems to me that if the Taliban has taken over this quickly after twenty years of American occupation, then there was clearly no point in the US staying in Afghanistan unless they intended to stay forever.
Anyway, so my PS5 has been in rest mode for the past five days as I've been away, and it didn't sh*t itself. Maybe simply rebuilding the database actually worked and I won't need to replace the console after all.
The only thing still open to debate is just how long the fossil fuel industry will be able to muddy the waters and continue generating short term wealth for themselves and their enablers at the expense of everyone's future.
