    Decriminalisation of drugs... your thoughts?

Its a mixture of this, i mean some drugs aren't necessarily "Bad" but the standard in Australia for the main ones are ridiculously poor, and i largely blame the epidemic when the AlcoPop tax that was introduced. It quickly became ridiculously expensive to go out as a tafe or Uni student and have...

    Decriminalisation of drugs... your thoughts?

Many schools don't want to/cant afford it, especially public schools in rural areas. Many fear backlash from parents just by mentioning the words Illicit drugs in schools. Many just don't see it as an integral part of the curriculum. It always sh*t me that i learned rubbish like Pythagoras and...

Theres education happening, but its more at a University level then high schools. I work for a company that gives Drug and Alcohol education sessions, but we're mainly booked into Uni's, the fact is Secondary Schools aren't willing to pay for them.

    Decriminalisation of drugs... your thoughts?

The argument for Pill testing is that it eliminates you consuming a pill that has deadly toxins in it that aren't supposed to be there, corrosives that replace MDMA. You end up taking a pill that contains deadly chemicals that should not be there. Pill testing all but eliminates people consuming...

Pills that dont contain pure MDMA contain anything from Rat Poison Urinal Cakes Crushed up glass Battery Acid Basically any form or corrosive designed to get toxins into the bloodstream to mimic effects of pure MDMA. Decriminalisation of drugs... your thoughts?

20 years ago, a standard pill used to be around 20-30% MDMA, now for your standard pill your looking at 2-5%. Mainly because of how high border security is in this country, as well as the fact MDMA derives from safrole, an oil from the Sassafrass plant grown in North America and Parts of East...

    Decriminalisation of drugs... your thoughts?

The problem is the media needs to stop using the phrase "Overdose" for these deaths. These people aren't dying from taking too many pills, there dying from there bodies reaction to the dodgy chemicals bad pills contain, hence the need for pill testing. Change the phrasing to X person dies from...

Theres a 26% chance of developing an Ice addiction. From the moment its smoked it boosts hormones (seratonin) which plays the role in feeling euphoric, happy etc. With effects only lasting around 10-12 hours the comedown in large cases can be quite extreme which leads to wanting to feel that...

    Decriminalisation of drugs... your thoughts?

It's not Elitist at all. It's based on the medical and psychological trauma it puts on the human body. It's manufactured to be so addictive to a point where for most people its almost impossible to kick, similar with Heroin. Have you ever been around an ice addict who is scraping there own skin...

    Decriminalisation of drugs... your thoughts?

This is simply not true. 1. You cant put all drugs into the same category. You cant lump Weed in the same category as ice or meth. I for one have personally seen the benefits of a cancer patient smoking weed to relieve nausea and improve appetite whist going through chemo. 2. Take ecstasy for...

Muck-up Day is Dead. - Another victory for the PC brigade

Our muck up day involved one kid drinking too much the night before and overdosing on school grounds, requiring an ambulance..... Yeh unfortunaltely its got nothing ot do with P/C. Its a matter of one generation over a span of 4/5 years being stupider and stupider and ruining it for the future...
