Technically he did play 20 minutes for Inter Milan in Serie A.

One of those teams beat Japan in Japan without conceding. We put 3 past them playing in Qatar.

In our group? We have the most goals. Comfortably too.

Socceroos World Cup Qualifiers Third Round - Australia V Oman/Japan

We are missing probably our two best attacking players in MacLaren and Leckie tbf. That's Behichs worst Socceroos game but he does have a few credits in the bank. He spent a fair few of them tonight though. I'm a Sainsbury fan from way back but I've got to say his defending for the second goal...

It's funny reading this thread and then reading this from Richard Hinds: He is a big Ange stan though.

Are Japan that good? Have already lost to Oman (at home) and Saudi Arabia.

I reckon playing in Qatar is even helping us in terms of the surface. Some of the multi purpose grounds in Australia can hurt our playing style.

Brisbane and Adelaide are barely letting people in from other states let alone overseas. NSW is the only state at the moment even negotiating with the FFA to let them fly in and stay in a bubble but not have to do 14 days quarantine.

I reckon he always has been. He hasn't played many good games for the Socceroos in a long time. I thought Arnolds changes in the 2nd half were good. Got Rogic off as he kept turning the ball over, got Grant off when he was clearly struggling to contain the run in behind his flank (probably his...

Oman knocked over Japan in Japan on MD1 so we certainly can't be taking them lightly. If we play like we did against Vietnam they will beat us.

The Daily Tele are reporting the match is more likely to go ahead in Sydney than not go ahead.

Our front 4 have been horrific. Rogic seems to have alot more bad games for the Socceroos than he does good games. I still maintain that Grant is incredibly under-rated on this board for his (former) haircut and the team he plays for.

We'll do well to get 6 points. No MacLaren, no Leckie are big outs when added to the fact we're having to play on neutral ground. Last time we had to play China in qualifying we took 1 point from 2 games H&A and that was with a much better Socceroos squad.

Minor injury that prevented him from travelling to Qatar. Reading between the lines his club didn't want him to go.

You guys understand it's because NSW are the only state that are willing to even contemplate allowing both teams travelling in from overseas to not have to serve the 14 days quarantine, yeah?

Been a fan of Raso ever since her Canberra United days but she surely can't continue to be a starting international player given how bad her first touch and ball control is?

That's because we have got them every time. We've never drawn South Korea or Iran in the final round of World Cup qualifying. I feel like this can be a bit of a thing we tell ourselves that becomes true but our record against all those teams since we've joined Asia is better than against...

I more meant that the reporting of the result and discussion in the mainstream media will be overshadowed by Origin talk.

2020/21 A-League Grand Final - Melbourne City V Sydney FC

It's probably not the greatest thing in terms of exposure and mainstream media coverage that it's being played less than 3 hours before State of Origin game 2 kicks off but at least it's happening.
