I don't know if it's HBK by himself or he has a whole lot of unnamed help, but the booking of NXT is sometimes next level despite the overall talent level. It's especially great when they are setting up their PLE's - like today's episode.

That's a very good question Cleavy. My guess is that he returns on the face side when the numbers need equalling (which isn't now if Adam C#2 remains in the feud). In the meantime, they'll borderline hide him & hope that most people are as forgetful as I am.

Yep, that was all kinds of meh. Opener was probably the best match. I don't mind the non-"Big 4-6" PLEs being shorter shows with less matches, but stretching 5 matches out to almost 3 hours without any significant non-match segment is well & truly pushing it. 'Payback' got the format much more...

I agree on all points. I actually had a few issues with match placements on the card, but that was one of the nitpick criticisms I was referring to (& it was admittedly a tricky card to order).

That Swerve vs Danielson match-up on Dynamite for a shot at Christian's TNT Title is interesting booking for many reasons. It should probably be for the World Title. Both should be on a winning run right now. Surely Christian's title reign ultimately continues. Swerve vs Christian seems too...
