    50m Penalty

    I'm not one for rule changes, but this rule has to go. It's almost becoming a joke. A player can take literally one step over the mark and he is penalised 50m. I'm not saying there shouldn't be a penalty for holding up play in obvious situations, but surely 50m is too big of a penalty.
