Would have had Cripps 1 after early rounds but am worried about his composure of late. Just not sure of himself with his disposal. Similarly have left Cerra out of the top 10 for the same...
Agree re Cerra's ball use. Whilst he looks like a good kick often his decision making is wanting. He is still only 22 however so has scope for improvement.
Think one of Dow's biggest areas where he needs to improve is his tank. This year in the 2's and late last year in the ones he has seemed to get heaps of possessions in the first half [15-20] only to drop off in the second [ 5-10].
Agree to disagree re the plan v culture. I agree especially about Weiters and Walsh however I could name many/most who have slipped or not reflected their talent under what I see to have been a very poor culture.
I would not be surprised if SPS becomes a much better player away from the terrible Carlton culture, which hopefully is now on the improve. For what it is worth I am hoping both Dow and Obrien improve at Carlton in a better 2022 environment. IMO SPS is ahead of those two so far.
Agree re Ayres. Also would love it if we could poach Williams from Melbourne. Hear he is excellent at developing ball skills which we are sadly lacking in.
I agree re Dow ahead of Newnes however am concerned with Dow. Really poor defensive game and to me he has played as many average games as good ones. Has ability but to this stage something is missing that seems attitude based. Hopefully a new coach might be able to motivate him.

Not confident with Martin and Docherty even though they have the skills to be in the 22. If...
Dow has effort and pace when going for the ball but zero pace and effort when he has to chase and pressure. So for me overall he still has a long way to go.
