Gods country. That second hole would always do a number on me :poo: My old man had a HIO on the third and my Pa had one on the 5th.
Shame about the weather, I got stuck playing in it yesterday as well playing some hackers pennant. Worst conditions I've ever played in I reckon.
Okay final leaderboard. I did this with ChatGPT so if there's any errors let me know.

I watched a bunch of guys play a hole today, so cool seeing some of them able to drive the green on a 335m par 4. Overall it looks so bloody miserable though. They’re so talented but 4 days of high stress just for the chance to try make a living is brutal. Glad I’m just a chopper.
There are Q school finals being played on the course I live on atm and it's pretty cool being able to watch some high quality golf from the backyard. A nice change from the usual choppers.
In their defence I'm not sure they could do a hell of a lot more in the little space they have and the condition of the course was fantastic. It was chaotic though and that dog leg par three was out of this world. 168m par 3 and you can see the green from the tee :straining:
my house backs on to a golf course and we’ve had two snake encounters in the past month or so including this fat **** copperhead  not great when you have twin 2yo’s who love playing in the backyard.
One of the best lessons I learnt early days is always leave the course in better condition than when you started. Fix a few of other peoples pitch marks, fill in a few of other peoples divots.
Theres been numerous times I've managed to empty an entire sand bucket on a single fairway fixing...
Don't think this is the W that the PGA Tour are trying to make it out to be. LIV clearly happy to let Brooks walk.
Other than being a big name he does nothing to move the needle week to week. Guys like Rahm, Bryson etc at least go out and try to compete. Brooks did sweet fa on the pga tour when...
I think I'd rather play in rain than play in the wind we copped out there today. Horrendous score and horrendous conditions.
Only thing that made me feel a little better about myself was seeing the results and seemingly everyone else got the shit kicked out of them out there too.
Short par 4 playing about 230 yesterday. Green is well protected by bunkers front right so you need to hit a fade and avoid trees overhanging left of the fairway. My stock shot is a draw and you can’t hold the green hitting a draw as the green also slopes off to the left. Usually I’d try hit a...
Good to see a fair bit of hype around this years Aus Open, no doubt Royal Melbourne hosting has played a major effect on that.
Still pretty shitty that the reigning champ Ryggs Johnston is opting to play in South Africa where there is $7m more prizemoney on offer.
Not sure what thread thing belongs in but i finished watching the barstool/bobdoessports internet invitational today and amazing to think it has a bigger prize pool than the Australian Open :tearsofjoy:
