Hi folks,
Have Wednesday off and thought if there was some training on I might go have a peek. Anyone know if there is, and if so, where and what time?
Cheers :)
Not ok with the AFL giving the nod to Trent Mackenzie and co. comments on Twitter. Surely that has to be a no go zone saying that its awesome any player got swung at. Think the AFL got it wrong here.
On the reports - think all were fair.
Boys and girls,
If you remember i moved across from Victoria for work, and have now saved up the coin for my membership. Cheer Squad, Row A. I quite often leave the game with no voice, and im ok with this. I expect chanting. Loud, obnoxious chanting. I have been known to lose the girlfriend on...
5. Fyfe - omg. Simply amazing. 2 Goals, 30 Disposals, 7 Tackles, 6 Marks.
4. Sandilands - Back to the best ruckwork and marking we all love about Sandi. 19 Disposals and 32 Hit Outs.
3. Mzungu - Really helped with his defensive side and offensive flair. 6 Tackles, 22 Disposals and 1 Goal.

Ah s**t. Terrible news. Rest easy Big Jim.....
Really an inspirational battle, will be missed greatly in the wider footbal community. Good luck to Sam and his family in what must be a very difficult time.
Fantastic to see people from all clubs rally around Melbourne FC and the AFL in...
Are there any articles on this yet? Would like to hear Ross and his opinion on Sonny now.
Is there any merit on rotating Mayne on a wing? Is generally good beneath the knees and has good tackling and chasing ability. Rotations through;
One wing/forward pocket could be De Boer, Ballas and...
Dawson will not be used as our FB as he was at Saints. This is what is annoying me a little about the argument "Dawson=spud". Granted, as a FB he is not elite - but as a second or third defender, he is absolutely more than worthwhile.
McPharlap will still take up the position of FB with...
I kind of hope Mora gets 1 week or WAFL before returning as well. Just to gain some confidence and touch. Still think he and Fyfe are our next superstars. Not taking anything away from Hill and co though, all could be great players.
Can't wait for nab cup to finally see some "competitive"...
But maybe that's where Clarke gets slotted in. Or if JA and Kep need a rest/aren't performing, Clarke gets a run. Don't forget we also have a plethora of flankers and midfielders who IMO will do more goal scoring this year for us than our deep forwards. Hill, Fyfe, Mzungu, De Boer, Mayne...
Should we just change the thread name to "Should we have traded Griffin at the end of 2011?"
Back to thee topic. I think if JA, Kep and Pav work well together in the nab cup, then it's a lock for round 1. I do like the knowledge though that JA is being thought of more as a forward than a...
Re: ROBBO: Geelong coach Chris Scott says his side must still be feared
Can I just bob my head in and say great article? I think CS handles himself brilliantly. Alot of respect for the guy for the cooment re: coming in and saying that he is a role player too, and simply "part of the team". Top...
Thanks YM. Was Sandi still the target from the backline transition? Im kind of hoping he is the plan B now and we have another option for removing the ball out of defence. Reckon we struggled with that a bit last year until Fyfe really started plucking marks from 4 deep.
Thats just about it for me as well...:thumbsu: While Mundy is missing, Mzungu to start in the Center, Barlow to move into Mundy's spot. Bench replacement out of Crowley and Duffield.
Join me up.

2011 Ranking: Somewhere around the 100-105k mark...cant really remember.
Dont mind what league i go into though - just to have some fun!
Count me in - played supercoach for the last few years and generally do alright...although the last few weeks of last year hit me like a steam train. :thumbsd:
