For the record, we actually added Mitch Cox to our list in March. He played Rd 1 in the VFL so was effectively on our list all year. He replaced CEY on the eve of the season.

Not sure what you saw, but the stat sheet reads 2 kicks, 2 tackles and 4 handballs for the match. And going off the graphic, well below his usual game rating. Could have been playing a role, but certainly wouldn't have him near our Top 5 players on the ground.

If we lose we actually play the winner of 5th v 8th (Dogs v Dons/Dockers). Loser of 2nd v 3rd plays winner of 6th v 7th. Given 1st on the ladder would be expected to win Week 1, sort of makes sense the loser of 2nd/3rd gets the easier opponent (than 4th) in Week 2 for finishing higher. But...
