2015 more than likely , they stunk today and dont anybody bother to try to explain how they are in a rebuilding stage, as what they served up today just showed that its time for this rabble to concede they are no longer competitive in the bfl and should seriously look at other options in weaker...
Cheers johny
One more for you no 6 , big boy terrible hair do looks like his mum still cuts it, but looks very handy indeed
Sorry would've thrown it in with the others but forgot.
Anyone from darley able to help me out here, i called in to the praccy match on saturday and was just curious as to who a few guys were.
Number 3 big full forward , no 7, no 1 and no 14, i thought darley moved the ball quite well and will make a huge improvement on last yr judging from what i saw.
Re: So North got GWS and Gold Coast Twice Each
So this year when the Roos started the season with WCE in WA, Pies, Freo in WA were they also favoured?
I would not blame your lingering on the bottom for 30 years on 30 years of bad draws.
Your comment "As for Nth - they get to play most of the interstate sides at home which is basically 2 or 3 free hits at a win each year."
2009 - Both Essendon and the Roos played 3 interstate teams at home
2008 - Both Essendon and the Roos played 4 interstate teams at home
2007 - Both Essendon...
Not much between them in the courage stakes - Roo's mark against the Swans is as courageous as it gets and the equal to any of Brown's marks.
Saying that I would still take Brown - there is only 9 games the difference in games played and I think Brown was more dominant. Brown had a chance to...
Lol 2008 -
Essendon: Port WCE Lions Crows = 4
Roos: Swans WCE Lions Port = 4
Lol 2007 -
Essendon: Freo Lions WCE Crows = 4
Roos: Lions Swans Crows WCE = 4
Every single year the Roos get free gifts in the draw by playing interstate teams at home:thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu:
Don't want to look at 2009?
Ess - Freo, Crows, Lions
Roos - Port, Freo Lions
Great call with the every year gifts. Zero research, 100% guess and no idea.
1. Previous years? Like 2009 when you both had 3 home games against interstate sides? Good call:thumbsu:
2. 1 game difference - how is that 2-3 free hits?
3. Swans started fav V the Roos - more rubbish!
4. Essendon got gift return games against both Crows and Brisbane.
Think before typing...
Do some research before you make rubbish up.
Roos played - Port, Swans, Crows, Bris and Freo at home
Ess played - Gold Coast, WCE, Swans and Port at home.
How does this equal 2-3 free hits for the Roos and not Essendon?
Its the old debate about the chicken and the egg as far as I am concerned. An elite ruckman can make average mids look better than what they are and an elite midfielder can make an average ruckman look better than what they are.
I voted for ruckman as they are harder to find but not much...
He picked Essendon because of their terrible midfield. All the teams you named plus the Roos have a lot better midfield group. He would walk into Essendons midfield next year. End of the day a player like Stanton came 2nd in their B&F.

8.5 turnovers per game and leads Essendon's turnovers. Happy now?
Lonergan is terrible. Watson hobbles due to repeated soft tissue injuries that will only get worse the older he gets. Stanton is average in every area except running ability (not always towards a contest) Zaka is up and down and it can even change in a game - ie/ 2 disposals in the 1st half V...
Not so sure he will get to Essendon as their 1st round pick will be on Joe Daniher. 2012 is forcast to be a superdraft so to get a pick in the top 10 Essendon will have to trade away a very good player to get a high enough draft pick to get him. Even if he walks out on the Suns unless Essendon...
I was joking about the tank . Maybe if Pears can play 18+ games and Caddy shows a bit then it looks like as fair as you will get.
But Caddy is still an unknown and could become a David Myers in 2011 and the only fair trade is - David Myers - lots of variables!!
You were stuck as you have KPP's to give away and only one worth Caddy - Hurley and that was never going to happen. Gumby, Pears and Hooker have missed due to injury but none worth pick 7 in last years draft. Pears for Caddy for me would be worth it as I rate Pears but GC maybe gun shy on a...
Ok Heppell gets a QLD girlfriend or boyfriend and wants to move to QLD for personal reasons - James Polkinghorn and pick 20 for Heppell?
Polkinghorn is a mid, played more games than Hooker and both 3rd rounders in the 2007 draft. Do you like these apples?
