We have no shortage of coaches. Instead of keeping them in roles they have performed well in for the last 2yrs we’ve given everyone a promotion.

It looked like he was doing a good job because they were getting to GF’s and Prelims during that time. That team could’ve had no coach, no structures in place and made it to Prelim/GF’s on individual talent alone.

We had no tall defenders let alone 3 to cover Darling, Kennedy along with the resting ruck. Cox and Grundy played 90% game time, Lycett and Vardy both 60%. Easy when you are the freshest guy on the ground against an exhausted opponent.
