City & Cardiff with teams near the bottom - has only happened now the singo, wyong, nelson bay effectively only have one team made up of senior players ... maybe change age grouping to u17 and others go up to open age footy ... this may help ailing U18 comp some horrendous scores in junior...

agree with the idea but would be worried about scrapping U18 footy and having them play with muppets (sorry guys) in the 3's ... maybe combine U16 and U18s to create the numbers and a healthier comp ... there are many 16's already playing in the U18 comp ... would rather have kids playing with...
