True development and club environment I think are very under rated when rating talent taken in the draft. You only have to look at the reports coming out of Gold Coast the last few weeks and then look at their performances.

Silvagni did some very good recruiting with the picks he was given at Gws I think Gold Coast just took what they could get early without looking at what they actually needed. Gws have even set themselves up to cover player losses from go home factor and raids.
