    I’m happy for Bobby to gain more form and fitness in the twos. That will give him more chance of coming in and impacting straight away. Hayes is also benefiting from the exposure. Shows better signs each game.

    Pendles had 22 and 24 touches in the two weeks prior to Anzac Day. He is still important to us. He is also good at creating space for Nick at centre bounces. Going to be hard to win without him.

    Hopefully that gives everyone huge confidence. It’s amazing how things can change. Even just getting a few extra players to stand up helps everyone. At half time Angry hadn’t had a kick. McStay had one kick and no score. Steene had 5 hit outs. They all lifted and we looked like a different side.

    I think we are playing as bad as score looks. Our disposal is slightly off. Kicks to players under pressure. A few kicks overhead etc. If we can correct that I think we can kick away.

    Everyone needs to swallow their pride and get together for the sake of the juniors. Most UM players travel from Albury Wodonga to play and that is also becoming less sustainable with the cost of living going up. The league falling over either this year or very soon is inevitable.

    And this was a game we shouldn’t have lost. Shoota kicks his goal we don’t lose. Billy Frampton hits Jamie Elliott with his short kick we shouldn’t lose. The coaches couldn’t control this but otherwise than that had us in a position to win against a very good side
