The lifestyle range from NB generally doesn't have any sponsors - just the club and NB logos. The Saints and Suns have had them the past couple of years.

Be cool for them to integrate the launch into the broadcast - or maybe have them introduced at the ground like the new teams were in 1994

These were just the retail versions - the club did a limited run of them. They were player cut though so you had to order about three sizes up.

There's 2021/22 47 Brand caps on the CA shop so that answers that question I guess!

Here’s a look at the above number sponsor for the Saints as worn by the wheelchair footy side - less intrusive than the bright yellow RSEA from 2020. Love the smirk on this legend as well with the choice of number. A man after my own heart.

Hate to break it to you but every club has a sponsor under the collar, it’s just that the Saints and Suns have non apparel manufacturers. As for the upper back, I’d be surprised if the Saints are the only team that is permitted to do this.

According to a Saints press release Pepper Money are going to be on the upper back of the guernsey - I thought that was a 2020 thing only?

Be nothing to do with NB, they would be working on a brief from the club and following AFL guidelines regarding logo placement. They would do the artwork and then the Saints would approve it. As for the grayscale logo, yeah I’ve got no idea why they’ve done that. I think the training gear looks...

There’s a Times of India article that suggests the BCCI is doing their own kits and MPL is just sponsoring it - looks like there’s a conflict of interest with the sponsors of the IPL as well. What do the BCCI care though? They’ll just find another sponsor if there’s an issue.

The GWS online shop is clearing out their XBlades gear - playing socks $5 and shorts $15 (only S, M and L available) amongst other things.

That’s disappointing - apparently Infinite Retail have ceased to exist as a business which might explain it.
